Consolidating 3 separate manufacturing facilities, the 106,190 SF lab building contains the R&D, Pre-Production, Production, and Packaging divisions which were strategically sequenced around the building’s pressure and climate controlled labs to meet ISO 8 requirements via VAV, HEPA filtration, and gowning rooms along with cold boxes and freezers. The connected 49,000 SF warehouse includes a 14,000 SF mezzanine, -80C Freezer Farm, -20C walk-in finished goods freezer, 4-8C cooler, 30’ high bay racking, and four new loading docks.
