Thermo Fisher Scientific

This project was an interior tenant fit-out consisting of new warehouse, administration offices, cold storage, and mezzanine for Thermo Fisher Scientific, a biotechnology product development company. An H3 class flammable liquid room, H4 corrosive room, and H4 oxidizers room were constructed along with an exterior 1A flammable vault. The intricate conveying systems were integrated into the equipment mezzanine making this a complex project.
