Senior Project Manager
 - Chicago

Are you a seasoned Project Manager with a strong background in contract furniture, interior design, construction, or similar industry? Do you thrive in high-value, complex projects where leadership, problem-solving, and execution excellence are key? At Office Revolution, we’re looking for a Senior Project Manager (SPM) who’s ready to take ownership of high-impact projects while living our core values every day: Advocacy, Integrity, Synergy, Stewardship, and Transformation.

 

What You’ll Do:

  • Lead large-scale projects from start to finish, ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery.
  • Manage field operations, coordinate contractors, and oversee installations.
  • Develop project strategies, scope work, and approve budgets.
  • Solve challenges proactively, ensuring seamless execution.
  • Engage directly with executive-level clients, ensuring top-tier service.

 

What You’ll Bring:

  • 10+ years of experience in contract furniture, interior design, architectural products, or construction.
  • Proven ability to independently manage high-value projects with minimal oversight.
  • Expertise in budgeting, scheduling, and risk management.
  • Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Willingness to travel across the Midwest as needed.

Salary Range: $85,000 – $120,000
