Will this affect the service I receive?
Our goal is the opposite – to strengthen the service and resources available to you. Your Office Revolution team remains your primary point of contact and is responsible for coordinating your project while bringing in the right Haworth specialists when needed.
Will my current project be disrupted?
We are reviewing every active project individually. Your team will communicate directly if any decision, substitution, schedule adjustment, or approval is required. We will not make changes without a clear conversation and your involvement.
Do I need to redesign my project?
Not necessarily. The answer depends on whether your project is in design, specified, contracted, ordered, or already in production. We’ll evaluate the current stage of your project and recommend the least disruptive path forward while preserving your goals whenever possible.
Can you maintain my existing furniture standard?

Will Office Revolution continue supporting my existing Teknion products?
Yes. We intend to continue supporting the products and projects we’ve delivered, subject to manufacturer warranty terms, service policies, and parts availability. If you need service or have questions about an existing installation, your Office Revolution team is here to help.
Are my Teknion warranties still valid?
Yes. Manufacturer warranties remain in effect according to the original warranty terms and processes. If you have questions about warranty coverage or service, we’ll help guide you through the appropriate next steps.
Can I still purchase Teknion products through Office Revolution?
Availability will depend on the timing of your project, existing commitments, and product availability. We’ll review your specific needs and discuss the best path forward. As we complete our transition, our primary offering will be Haworth and its family of brands.
Will Haworth be more expensive?
There isn’t a universal answer. We evaluate total project value, including contract eligibility, product performance, lead times, installation, lifecycle costs, and ongoing service, not simply list price. The best seating solution depends on your performance requirements and personal preferences. Haworth offers an extensive portfolio of ergonomic seating—including award-winning options like Fern—and we encourage clients to experience chairs firsthand through sit tests and showroom evaluations before making a decision.
Can Haworth support healthcare environments?

How can I see and test products?
We can arrange showroom visits, sit tests, product samples, and mock-ups. Our 20th-floor showroom is beginning its product transition, the Oak Brook showroom will become a Haworth family-of-brands experience, and the Haworth Merchandise Mart showroom is available for product demonstrations and planning sessions.
