Stemco

The Stemco project is a relocation of the company’s existing air spring division. The new facility incorporates an air spring testing facility, private and open offices, a variety of conference spaces, and a relaxed collaboration area deemed, “The Stemco Café”. A unique product display area is located near the front entry. Our Involvement included programming and space planning with furniture planning, purchasing, and installation.
