Esperanza Health Centers – Brighton Park

Esperanza Health Centers was founded in 2004 to improve healthcare clinics throughout southwest neighborhoods in Chicago. This new facility, Esperanza Brighton Park at 4700 South California Avenue, will provide additional access to quality care with services ranging from from pediatric to behavioral health.

Office Revolution delivered solutions to design, furniture specifications and procurement. The new facility includes 30 exam rooms, clinical office spaces, a community garden, a teaching kitchen, and diagnostic and treatment services.
