The Story

Varonis, a leading provider of cybersecurity software, recently completed work on a new 50,000 square foot office for the expansion of their presence in North Carolina. Designed by Gindi Studio, Pliskin Architecture, and Tina Barnard Designs, this space is the latest in a series of office spaces Varonis has completed across North America.

The workplace, which spans two levels, features an open-plan layout that incorporates a versatile double-height gathering space called the Townhall. Designed with flexible uses in mind, the resource is ideal for company-wide gatherings as well as informal interactions. The furnishings throughout the space include a range of seating options, from benches to swings to lounge chairs, geared to allow different group sizes to collaborate and socialize.

To facilitate communication and collaboration amongst the various work areas, the office includes a variety of social spaces, lounges, and meeting rooms. Spaces are arranged in neighborhoods that vary from private and quiet to open and interactive, providing more flexible zones for seating, meeting, or working.

A variety of textures and colors help define neighborhoods in this multi-functional space. The public lounges feature vibrant murals and cozy seating in bright furnishings while the focused offices are clad in acoustic panels that provide privacy from distractions. From the private phone booths to the large conference boardrooms, each space is equipped with the latest audio-visual technologies to adapt to an ever-evolving tech office.
