As Thor Equities prepared to unveil its marquee development in Chicago’s Fulton Market District, they envisioned a workspace that would stand out in a highly competitive market. The spec suite needed to reflect the bold design of the building while appealing to tenants who prioritize both form and function.

Office Revolution collaborated with the project team to recommend Teknion’s Tek Vue wall system—a refined solution that offered a cleaner, more intentional aesthetic than conventional glass systems. Our long-standing partnership with Teknion allowed us to guide the selection process with confidence, helping the client achieve a visually striking, high-performing interior that aligns with the building’s elevated brand.

A defining element of the suite is a 61-foot uninterrupted span of Tek Vue glass, carefully positioned to frame the building’s exterior X-braced steel. This alignment draws a direct visual connection between the interior environment and the building’s iconic structural detail—enhancing natural light and reinforcing the narrative of intentional design.

Complementary glass pivot and sliding doors provide flexibility and functionality, supporting the evolving needs of modern tenants without compromising the suite’s streamlined aesthetic.

This project unfolded in tandem with Teknion’s relocation to their new flagship showroom—located within 800 West Fulton Market. The shared address underscored the strength of the Teknion–Thor relationship and heightened the visibility of the Tek Vue system for tenants touring the space. Office Revolution’s ability to navigate this synergy with precision further emphasized our role as a strategic partner throughout the process.
