Once a division within PolyOne, Geon Performance Solutions was formed in 2019 combining three powerful traditions into a single, customer-focused business with a portfolio of highly adaptable vinyl and polyolefin polymer technologies. As a leading innovator in their industry, Geon wanted their new tenant space to reflect the values of their new stand alone division, utilizing their bright red branding signature color. Smart space planning and access to views allows 75 employees to call this new 11,250 square foot space home.
