Filtration Group sought to establish a new headquarters in Oak Brook, Illinois, to accommodate their growing team and enhance their corporate environment. The goal was to create a space that was relaxed, functional, and aesthetically coherent, aligning with their brand ethos of natural comfort and cleanliness. The new office needed to feature areas for product display and integrate sensory elements like textures and materials into the furniture. Office Revolution was brought in to help realize this vision.

Filtration Group’s primary need was for an expanded and enhanced office space that could facilitate growth and reflect their brand values. They required a design that included spaces for product display, integration of textures and materials within the furniture, and a relaxed and clean environment that was both functional and visually appealing. Office Revolution’s solution involved implementing the Integrated Project Delivery (IPD) model, ensuring a collaborative and efficient process. 

The design and implementation process involved a close collaboration with Filtration Group, providing continuous guidance and support. This collaborative effort ensured that the design and execution aligned perfectly with the client’s vision. The project featured custom-designed elements such as the C+D tables and a stunning custom banquette in the café area, which were tailored to meet the specific needs and aesthetic preferences of Filtration Group. Various textures and materials were incorporated into the furniture design, enhancing the sensory appeal of the workspace. Additionally, collaborative settings were furnished with high-end ancillary pieces, showcasing a blend of different COMs (Customer’s Own Material) and manufacturers, adding to the overall aesthetic appeal.

The project resulted in several positive outcomes.
