The Story

Crow Holdings Industrial is a leading real estate company which specializes in developing state-of-the-art logistics spaces throughout the country. Founded in 1948 on the idea of envisioning and building for the future, we knew the importance of delivering a timeless and inspired space for their new office.

Crow Holdings was moving into a larger space at the core of Chicago’s vibrant Fulton Market district. Introduced through our past projects with bKL, our hands-on approach proved to be a good fit for this client. Office Revolution ensured that Crow Holdings’ vision was upheld by performing walkthroughs with them at both their previous and current locations and by guiding them through visits of our manufacturer partners’ showrooms. This direct involvement was instrumental to the process of product selection and the overall design of the finished project.

In their new office environment, Crow Holdings’ goals were to create a more modern and transitional space for hosting clients, as well as to optimize the workplace experience for employees. Their new office offers the best of both worlds by combining residential comforts with the structure and collaborative benefits of the workplace, fostering the needs of their employees by providing a space to decompress and socialize during and after the workday.

An emphasis on residential-style furniture pieces in conversational areas help to create a casual and welcoming environment. These relaxed furnishings blend harmoniously with the crisp lines of key fixtures, such as the height-adjustable Watson private office workstations. High contrast finishes and furnishings throughout, paired with minimalist and open architectural features of the building, achieve a striking overall look.
