465 North Park

465 North Park is a newly-designed luxury residence building that is just steps away from the Chicago River and Michigan Avenue. We were excited to partner with Solomon Cordwell Buenz for this project after working together on other residential spaces.

Striving for luxury, while not overlooking practicality, the new space features top-of-the-line Teknion private office and meeting room furnishings. We incorporated versatile spaces throughout the building for residents to focus, socialize and unwind with scenic views of Chicago’s lake front.
