Beacon Capital knew they had the beautiful bones at 303 E Wacker to convert a mechanical floor into a new tenant amenity space. Having an established relationship with them, and a history of successful projects together, we were awarded the opportunity to furnish and revitalize this location.

The client desired ultimate flexibility to allow them to host and use the space for a multitude of different events. We worked closely with SCB on several custom products, including a bar height table by a local craftsman that could be easily reconfigured and moved, shifting with the nature of each social gathering.

The end result is an absolutely stunning amenity space 30 floors up, with magnificent views of Lake Michigan. The palette reflects organic earth tones with a beautiful balance of soft accompanying stark, warmth growing from concrete and an invitation to gather and unwind at a time when that’s exactly what’s needed.
