A collaboration between the entire team and the City of Warrensville Heights to relocate their Municipal Departments into one location: Police Station, Building Department, City Council and Chambers, City Offices, and the Warrensville Heights Board of Education. Geis Companies, with their in-house architecture team, renovated an existing vacant building (formerly South University). Geis Development secured the project and we procured all the furniture.
