THE STORY

Sterling Bay, a leading real estate developer in the city of Chicago, needed to market a large space to future tenants at Two Prudential Plaza. A shared floorplan was finalized by Eastlake Studio, showcasing four separate spec suites. Office Revolution helped to distinguish the idea that each suite can be created for a reasonable price per square foot, as each space was meant to market to different types of companies. We delivered extensive ancillary collaborative furniture to match the standards of the design aesthetics of the space.
