The Path to Ownership

Before joining Office Revolution, I spent the first 11 years of my career learning the business alongside my father. It gave me a strong foundation but eventually, I wanted more than experience. I wanted ownership. I wanted impact. From day one, Office Revolution and Bernie stood apart. It wasn’t just entrepreneurial, it was intentional. There was a clear path forward. That mattered.

Stepping Into the Bigger Picture

I started in New Business Development, building relationships and identifying growth opportunities. But what stood out wasn’t just what the company was—Bernie was clear we evolve every 5 years— it was what it could become. In 2021, stepping into the Sales Director role during COVID accelerated everything. The industry was changing fast, and so were we. That’s when it became clear: I didn’t just want to contribute; I wanted to help lead.

Ownership Means Responsibility

In 2023, I became an owner. Not for the title—but for the accountability.  Ownership means thinking beyond your role. It means shaping direction, making decisions, and standing behind them. What makes Office Revolution different is simple: alignment. Our teams are connected. Leadership is accessible. Decisions are grounded in real experience.

And while others compete on products, we compete on experience. That’s what clients remember. That’s why they come back.

A Defining Transition

In 2024, we hit a major milestone as long-standing leadership transitioned out. It wasn’t just change; it was a turning point.

A new generation stepped in with a clear vision: move faster, think bigger, and build on what’s been created.

What’s Next

Our industry is consolidating. The landscape is shifting. And we see opportunity. 

We’re expanding further into healthcare, senior living, and hospitality and doubling down on all areas that are the foundation of the company—areas where design, function, and experience matter more than ever. But the goal isn’t just growth. It’s to build a company people choose, again and again.

Because of how we think. How we work. And how we deliver the human experience.

That’s what will define the future of Office Revolution.
