Senior Project Manager
 - Chicago
 (Office Revolution)

We’re seeking a seasoned Senior Project Manager (SPM) with 10+ years of experience in construction, contract furniture, or architectural products to lead large-scale, high-value projects from start to finish. You’ll oversee all technical and operational aspects—ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery and client satisfaction—while leveraging your leadership, strategic thinking, and advanced project management skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead complex furniture and architectural installation projects with full ownership of scope, schedule, and budget.
  • Interpret business challenges, drive process improvements, and align strategies with company goals.
  • Accurately quote labor, manage budgets, and handle change orders.
  • Direct internal/external meetings, coordinate with trades (electrical, low voltage), and conduct field verifications.
  • Manage logistics, subcontractors, vendor relationships, and ensure compliance with building requirements.
  • Solve challenges through proactive risk mitigation and innovative solutions.
  • Ensure client satisfaction through walkthroughs, punch lists, and clear communication.
  • Foster strong relationships with executive-level clients and stakeholders.
  • Confidently represent and pitch our best-in-class services and value proposition in client meetings and presentations.

 

Qualifications:

  • 10+ years in construction, contract furniture, or architectural products (dealership experience preferred).
  • Deep understanding of construction processes, building codes, and custom product applications.
  • Strong estimation, budget management, and project execution skills.
  • Proven ability to lead complex projects independently under tight deadlines.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Willingness to travel throughout the Midwest.

 

Salary Range: $85,000 – $120,000
