Shannon Hegerfeld has over 15 years of experience in the contract furnishings & design industry. With her depth of experience, Shannon is uniquely able to collaborate with clients and design teams to execute their visions, find creative solutions, and ensure the project process goes smoothly. Key clients include Intel, IBM, and Columbus Crew Major League Soccer Club.

Strategic Business Development

Madelyn Thanasouras joins Office Revolution as our Strategic Business Development expert. As a licensed real estate broker with extensive experience at MB Real Estate and Sterling Bay, Madelyn brings valuable insights to our team and a proven track record in client relationship building and project support.

Kari O'Connor Kinzel
Senior Designer

Kari O’Connor-Kinzel is a Senior Designer at Office Revolution and is responsible for leading the design, specification, and execution of furniture projects. Having worked as an interior designer at both architectural firms and furniture dealerships, Kari applies her design aesthetic and knowledge of architectural design processes into each project to ensure a cohesive and coordinated design of the furniture.

Adrienne Merrild
Project Manager

As a Project Manager, Adrienne is responsible for all day-to-day communication and coordination among team members. She facilitates the project process with the manufacturers, the design firm, and the end user. Adrienne provides site coordination and on-site supervision of the furniture delivery, installation, punch list administration and post-occupancy follow-up.

Jackie Johnson
Corporate Account Manager

Jackie engages throughout the entire project, working closely with all team members to be sure the job goes smoothly from start to finish. Her responsibilities can vary with projects from space planning, specifying, sales coordination, project budgeting and proposals, scheduling, field verification and coordination, deliveries and installation supervision, punch list and post-occupancy follow-up and management.

The goal for their new office was to create a well-designed showcase space with an inviting feel in Chicago’s desirable Fulton Market neighborhood. The end result is an elevated, inviting space, ideal to host clients and company-wide meetings while also alluring employees to a fresh environment as the pandemic wanes.

Founded in 2015, Hazel Technologies is a biotech startup that develops new solutions to extend the quality shelf life of fresh produce and reduce food waste. The two-floor, 54,000 SF office and research space in Chicago’s Fulton Market neighborhood serves as the company’s headquarters and one of the largest agricultural technology laboratories in the city, among behemoths like University of Chicago, Argonne National Laboratory and UIC.
