Chicago-based furniture provider Office Revolution, winner of Teknion’s prestigious Orion Award for excellence in sales, service, community involvement and customer satisfaction, is expanding to Raleigh, NC this fall. The move is a result of a merger between Office Revolution and Edge Office, a furniture provider known for executing commercial interiors. With over 40 years of combined experience, this merge of companies results in a powerhouse of knowledge in the office furniture arena. The merger will kick off with both companies partnering on a large-scale project for Cisco. Both firms recently collaborated on a project for Cisco Meraki in Chicago.

“Moving into the Raleigh, NC marketplace will only enhance the brand of Office Revolution, says Bernie Donaldson,” Founding Principal of Office Revolution. “I have known Michael Kerr [Principal of Edge Office] for over 15 years, having served with him on the Teknion Dealer Council, and he is an industry professional that we are very excited to partner with,” Bernie added.  

Office Revolution was founded in 2000 and earns around $80 million in annual revenue. There are over 70 employees in Chicago and three current locations. Major clients include the McDonalds, BMO Harris Bank, U.S. Foods, CIBC, and Waste Management.
